I accidentally hit the garage door backing out and it wouldn't stay closed. Since we keep a lot of stuff in the garage it needed to be fixed quickly. So I went with the company that was glued to the door. Shannon Webster arrived within 24 hours and found that the door needed more maintenance than a minor repair. I had no idea what it would cost since we only moved in 2 months ago and had never had a garage before. It seemed like a lot, but when I looked at the bill and realized how much the parts cost, it's not bad and it RUNS AMAZINGLY SMOOTHLY!! I'd certainly recommend you all!

I had asked someone to come by to show me how to raise the garage door if the electricity went out. He came out and showed how to disconnect the door from the tract. Said he would not charge me the $65 service fee. It took 10-15 minutes. Next thing I know, I had unknowing signed a charge for $260. I was very disappointed. I had recently had your company install new springs and rollers.

Precision always does an excellent job. I was having an issue with one of my doors. They came out, made adjustments and tuned up both doors. They’re always on time and do very quality work clearly explaining issues and what they’re going to do. Precision also installed a new keypad and help program them for me. I’ve used them several times and they are my go to company for my Garage Door repairs and maintenance.

After having a large screw fall from the overhead assembly of my garage door, I decided to book a service call with Precision Garage Door Service of Atlanta; and, it was one of the best decisions I have made in a long time. Dustin Ridge, who was the technician dispatched to my house, was great! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. After ensuring that the overhead assembly was secure, he inspected the rest of the garage door assembly to check for other potential problems and took the time to show / explain his findings to me. When we both agreed that an improvement needed to be made – regarding the springs, Dustin wrote up a clear estimate for me. And, with my permision to move forward, he made my garage door better than it has ever been -- truly quality work! That being said, if I ever need additonal repair work on my garage door or a new one altogether, I will not hesitate to call on Precision Garage Door Service of Atlanta once again.

We were told via voice conversation and text message confirmation that our appointment would be today between 4-6pm. The unprofessional service representative called me at 10:15am letting me know he would be here in 15 minutes. Fortunately for him I was on my way home from a scheduled personal appointment. When he arrived he never cut off his vehicle and assume never with intention of performing an adequate or appropriate assessment of the issue. Immediately started spraying lubricant on the hinges. I explained to him that’s not the issue and we he departed the noise was still loud and prevalent. His customer service was way below average and showed no signs of care of his performance or customer satisfaction. I had this garage installed 7 months and it’s disappointing I have an issue already.
