The technician, Derek, did a wonderful job. He called ahead of time to advise of his arrival and provided a quotation of the cost before beginning service. He recommended a dual spring replacement versus the single spring option that I had, which has caused me problems repeatedly in the past. Great response time and service was complete in about 3 hours from my initial phone call and on a Sunday!

William Mosley did an excellent job repairing our garage door. He was professional and wonderful to work with right after going through hurricane Helene last night. We have used them a couple times and each time has been fantastic. I mean, it's never great to have to call somone out to fix something, because of the cost, but they are great. Very understanding and knowledgeable. This time it was a small job thankfully, but Juan acted like it was the most important thing. Talked me through everything and found a option that worked for our budget.

My barely over a year old door opener stopped working. A technician came out and decided, after cycling through a few times, that the motor is fried. Obviously it is not since it works from the unit itself, if not from the wall or the remote. Then he offered to sell me a new one for $700 plus tax. I would do just as well to purchase my own opener and get a handyman to install it. It would be cheaper and have just as much of a no guarantee. I’m extremely disappointed. Kirsten Mygil

I selected Precision Door because of the excellent service that was provided by them when they installed our brand-new garage doors in April of 2021. We called them regarding our keypad not working properly and was told that they would have a tech out the same day. The technician came out replaced our keypad. Service was 4 stars - Jeremy was very knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. Really appreciated his approach. Unfortunately, the price was about triple what I expected, so had to go for another quote (which came in at 1/3 the price). I'm sure it would have been perfectly installed and white glove service, but was more than what I needed.

I called on a Wednesday and got an appointment for the following Friday. Service Technician showed up up early Friday morning and swiftly and competently installed a mid range option which operates quieter and smoother in a little over an hour.
