I contacted Precision on a Saturday morning and they were able to quickly schedule me for service the following day. The gentleman who serviced my garage door arrived exactly when he estimated and completed the replacement of my garage door motor in approximately an hour. The level of professionalism displayed exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

I found Precision through TV ads and decided to give them a try. Very Easy to business with, scheduling and the Service Manager, RoyAmerine, performed our service above and beyond what was required. His customer service and knowledge of their products was excellent. We called for a simple service but needed much more and like the replacement of our motor and rebuild on one garage door - he serviced all three and found two was very dangerous and needed immediate attention - we went from loud, noisy garage doors to quiet and safe doors. we will enjoy the changes and have them on speed dial for future needs. My sister has already scheduled her service as well. Two new customers in McDonough area. Hope she gets Roy too!!!

My garage door broke on a holiday, Labor Day but Roy with Precision showed up less than 2 hours after my call. Awesome professional. He replaced all moving parts in a couple of hours. New system is sweet! Lifetime warranty.

I had issues with the garage door sometimes not opening all the way. Made an appointment for same day service, and they were here when promised. Roy, was my service tech who greeted me, at the door. I explained the problem, and he gave me options, and prices. I agreed to Roy's recommendations, and he commenced with the work in a timely, and efficient manner. That's again Roy, for job well done. My door works better now, then when it was new.

Roy was fantastic! Showed up on time and was very professional. He advised installing a new garage door opener as our unit was 14 yrs. old.
