Our tech was professional and on time. He called 15 minutes out and tried to troubleshoot before arriving. After arriving he thought he found the problem but had to go to plan b. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

I called this morning and Damien was at our home within a few hours to repair our garage door. He clearly explained what was causing the problem and how he was going to repair it. Damien arrived on time and did an excellent job explaining the situation and his action plan to fix it. We had to move items in the garage and rearrange the space to make it safe for a ladder and he was patient and kind and didn’t mind helping. He was quick and detailed and left the garage cleaner than before. Excellent work and excellent service.

From estimation to installation of doors and openers, it is rare to find such excellent service anywhere these days. I got exactly what I wanted from a range of options. I cannot say enough about Horace, the installation technician. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and very hard-working. He worked with the idiosyncrasies of my house and completed the job in one day. He explained how everything worked. I was anxious about the job having had a terrible experience with another company years before, resulting in me delaying the work for a number of years. They laid all my fears to rest. I cannot recommend Precision Door highly enough.
