We have done business with them before and are quite satisfied with their service. This time when I called, they said someone would be there between 12 and 4PM. The serviceman was there at 12:10. The job lasted about a half hour and was completed to my satisfaction. Just waiting for my E-mail receipt.

I actually called another Garage door company before calling Precision. The other company gave me the feeling that all they were interested in doing was selling me the most expensive thing they had. I sent them on their way packing and called Precision. The technician Bryce Diesz was interested in getting me back up and working without killing my checkbook. Called the office early in the morning for a non-emergency appointment expecting to be told it would be at least a week or more for a tech to arrive. I was surprised when told it would be that afternoon when someone would be by. Even more suprised when Joe called minutes later and said he would arrive within 30 minutes. Sane day service is amazing these days and Joe was not only very competent, but personable as well. He removed/installed a new garage door opener, springs and performed inspections on three other doors in a very reasonable amount of time. The only reason for five stars is that I wasn’t able to give a ten.
