One of my garage doors hadn't been closing properly for a few months and I needed assistance. The tech, Scott King, came to diagnose the problem today. He arrived when he said he would and he was quite personable (a plus) as well as professional. Within 40 minutes, Mr King had my door up and running smoothly! He also made sure both garage doors were performing correctly. Kudos!!

The repairman admitted to "being new." Better work is not available, or should I say possible. My college degree is in Mechanical Engineering. I know what I saw is "The Best." 2 Springs, 2 cables, one pulley, remove and replace.

I couldn't be more pleased!!! I contacted Precision because I needed a new garage door...or so I thought! Allen Morgan arrived, took a look and said that my door was fine, it just needed a new spring and motor. I was thrilled! A few hours later Allen finished and my door is SO QUIET!!! He even programmed my door opener in my car. Allen was so courteous and fully explained every step involved in installation of the spring and motor. I would definitely call Precision again.
