I take pride in the fact that I am knowledgeable and thorough when it comes to our customer's needs. I have two beautiful children and a loving wife that brighten my life every day. My appointment was said to be between 10 and 2pm, Josh called at 1:20 and arrived about 1:40. He reviewed the door and presented a estimate. I approved work and he worked quickly to get everything done. He explained the warranty and the fact we get a little extra for being a return customer. Great gob Josh and Precision door

Our technician, Joshua Blankenship, did a fine job replacing all of the garage door opener's external electronics that dated from the early 1990s. He was on-time, fast, neat, and personable. The door opener works like new. Well worth the money.

I am very impressed with the customer service. I called at 3:00 in the afternoon one day and they were there at 9:00 the next morning. I could have had same day service but I was not available. Josh was very nice and explained everything before he did any work it was approved by me. He gave me 3 options on the repair and explained them all very well. He completed the work very quickly and made sure I was happy before I made payment. Not sure if the cost was reasonable or not because I have not had this service in the past and have nothing to compare too. For service I would definitely recommend you to my friends and family. You have a great employee in Josh he definitely gets a 5

I called to discuss the options for repairing or replacing an old garage door opener that had stopped working. Precision did everything they said from scheduling that day, calling prior to arrival to Josh being knowledgeable and prepared to explain options and answer questions. The over 20 year old garage door opener couldn't be repaired, so I had to replace it. I received an excellent price, great guarantee and he installed it while he was here. I received all paperwork regarding the guarantee specifics later the same day by email. I am very satisfied.

Josh called ahead as I was notified he would and arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem as being a defective opener. Made suggestions on several options and showed he was very knowledgeable. Installed of new opener went without an issues and all back operating properly. Josh is very professional and efficient. Will ask for him should additional services be needed. Called Sunday night at 11PM and to my surprise someone picked-up. Call was scheduled from 10AM-2PM on Monday. I got a 30 minute in advance call notice and met Jason at 11:45AM. He quickly assessed and quickly fixed the problem. Within 1 hour, I had a new motor, (which is way less noisy, has a light on it, and I now have a back-up battery if the power goes out), the cars were programed to open the garage door, and some touch-up work was done at no additional cost on the garage door to make it smoother and eliminated the squeakiness. Based on the garage being older, I thought a replacement might be the only solution. I could have spend a lot more, but was thrilled to learn that fixing it was the best solution because an out right replacement would have cost 4-5 times more. Not pushing a new garage door on me shows integrity. Jason represents your company well Precision. I am happy with your companies service and felt the price was fair. Thanks.

I liked your commercial and I recall telling myself that when and if I ever needed my garage door repaired, that I'd call Precision. and, that would be today!
