I served 10 years in the Army and was in law enforcement for nearly four years before joining the great team at Precision Doors Atlanta. David was a great technician. He called me about 30 minutes before his arrival time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Before I decided on which openers to buy, David informed me of all the warranties and how to keep the door and motor in good condition. He also discussed pricing up front, so there were no surprises after installation. It was very hot out, but David was great at getting the job done quickly. He even offered to help program the Garage door wife and vehicle openers as well. This is the second house I’ve used Precision for and their customer service and technicians are top notch.
