The guy, Vincent called 30 minutes ahead. Got to my property, and went to work. However, he still was polite , personal yet professional. I commended him on his work ethic. I will refer your company. One of the reasons I chose Precision was because of the vast range of colors. The 2 young men that installed the doors were courteous and professional. They answered my questions and finished in a timely manner but most importantly they seem to enjoy there job and they worked well together. We called to get an estimate for new garage doors Jason Davis came out to give us a quote. He was so professional and very friendly and explained everything to us. He did not try to sell us anything extra just to make money. He was very honest and the price was very reasonable! He said it would take 4 to 6 weeks for them to come in because of the color we ordered but it was only about 2 weeks and they installed them. The technician was very professional and very helpful and did a great job! I would give 10 Stars if I could. This company is great and I would use them again and recommend them to everyone. My parents use precision and they recommend you all to us. Thank you so much!

I chose Precision because I knew the name and thought I had used them before. It turns out I didn't but I was very pleased with the service. My techs name was Joshua. He was very careful in his exam and explanation of the problem. The word that best describes his service is integrity. It was a quick fix and a good price. He also gave me the info I needed to make the decision to replace my garage door. Very happy with the whole experience.

Both Technicians were great. Office staff on the other hand cannot follow directions well. Very disappointed that you still are sending messages to home owner at her job. I asked repeatedly that you remove her phone number. This review was forwarded by her to me the person who paid for the work. Technicians get 5 ???? stars get work. Door is beautiful thanks
