Being an idiot, I damaged my garage door. It was pretty bad. Precision was the only one of the "24 hours companies" that answered the phone and were able to come out same day. Jojo came out and explained the damage and what he can repair. Within hours of breaking the door, JoJo had the door up and running like new. He serviced the entire system as well and opening and closing the door is much quieter than before. I would definitely come back to Precision (hopefully I get JoJo again) and will recommend them to all my neighbors.

Today we had maintenance done on our garage door and a new garage door opener installed. Sean called before arriving and asked if he could come earlier than the appointment time. That was great! He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent and professional customer service. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our garage door and afterwards gave us a detailed description of the maintenance options and costs before beginning to work on the door. He worked quickly and efficiently. After repairs and installation he went over all the repairs he made and demonstrated how to use our new garage door opener. His work looked very clean and neat. We especially appreciated that he used a mask and gloves and sprayed all the areas that he touched with a disinfectant. Overall it was a excellent experience.

Extremely bad sales tactics - just be open and recommend what is really required and a reasonable price than asking to negotiate! Also similar to car sales tactics, he wanted me to take decision immediately. I was quoted $1900 to do repairs and around $2600 to replace doors! When I mentioned that since the price was high for repairs, I would prefer to do some research and decide in couple of days tech person got angry and just took off. Hope this was just the specific person...

We have thoroughly discussed your experience with him and used it as a teaching tool to explain that not everyone makes a decision on the spot, or are impulsive dealing with investments, repairs, purchases, etc. You certainly have the right to think on it and do research, we apologize he made you feel like you couldn't and that he left the way he did. His behavior that day is not an example of our company standards and expectations, as customer satisfaction is our top goal, we apologize we fell short of this goal with you. Precision was the only company I called that would commit to coming out first thing the next morning to diagnose a problem with our garage door. The technician David Sweeney was friendly, knowledgeable and quick to diagnose and fix our problem. I took the other company’s sticker off our garage wall and put up precision’s sticker so I have their number right where I need it, enough said!
