The initial call was because I believed that the garage door opener required repair and the rollers were off tract. As it turned out, it was me not understanding what occurs when you manually open the door. The technicians could ot have been nicer and more helpful in explaining things. I decided to add new springs, cable and rollers after inspection was performed as I felt safety was an issue. The work was not very well and afterwards the technician took the time to explain and show what work was performed. Thank you for your professionalism and quality work!

Called Precision Door Atlanta to repair one of the garage doors at one of our properties. I was a bit skeptical at first as this was our first time using them...and it will not be the last!
