The experience was epic!! The tech, Ed, was very knowledgeable and professional. Initially, there was an issue getting my newly installed system to sync (door wouldn't respond to the opener). With my assistance, Ed went through my entire house trying to locate signal distraction that wouldn't allow for the opener to sync with the device. He finally discover the shortage was in a fuse (simply amazing). The system works beautifully with very little noise. My wife and I were truly, truly impressed. I would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone who wants quality service when seeking repairs for their garage door. By the way, I don't typically write reviews. However what I experience, had to be shared!!!!

Back from vacation and our garage door opener quit. Called at 3:50 and by 4:30 Marcus was in the driveway. He had a Liftmaster 8360 in the truck and I said "put 'er in". (The old one is 19 years old). Marcus was great, explaining everything as he worked. I was so impressed I'm replacing the other opener next month! THANKS, MARCUS!

I was scheduled as an "emergency overflow" appointment for a same day spring replacement. He arrived during his appointment window. He was very professional and friendly. After inspecting the snapped spring, he determined the replacement size and had it replaced in about half an hour. You never want things like this to break, but I will use Precision door again when the need arises.

The phone call, the attitude of the person I spoke with was outstanding.. The gentleman that came out to do the repairs (Justin) was very dignified, neat, and distinguished. He was very sincere and broadminded in his work and he completed it in minimal amount of time. Justin is a great "asset" to Precision Garage Door Co.
