Timely, thorough, excellent service, & reasonable pricing. One of the torsion springs failed & we were couldn't get our cars out of the garage. Precision dispatched a technician within 2hrs of our call. Josh showed up, replaced the failed torsion springs, rollers & bearings. While finishing up we discovered the opener unit gearing was very near failure. He had everything he needed on board & had us back in business in short order. Couldn't ask for more!! Highly recommended!

after calling several garage door companies and listining to their double speak explaining why they don't carry a recognizable national brand, it was a pleasure to speak with "Josh" very friendly, knowledgeable, and no over sell! Josh was great. Fast and efficient. He explained why the door was not working properly and showed me the reasons for the issues. He gave me an idea on the time needed for the repairs and had everything working sooner than estimated. Thankfully the garage door is working properly again. I'll definitely use Precision Garage Door the next time my garage door needs servicing or repairs.

What an amazing experience start to finish! Needed a same day repair and Precision accommodated! Josh (our repairman) was awesome. He did a 25 point check on both our doors, gave me a thorough evaluation without making me feel pressured.
