We contacted Precision during the Christmas holiday break for garage door repairs. The customer service was spectacular from the time we called and it never ended. Precision was able to send a technician out immediately. As promised, the technician granted us a courtesy call 45 minutes before arrival to our home. When Rocky arrived, he was extremely pleasant to work with. It took him only minutes to convince us that our garage doors needed to be replaced. In a time where customer service is severely lacking, we were ecstatic to find a company like Precision who holds customer satisfaction in such high regard. We will definitely recommend Precision to our family, friends and colleagues. NOTE TO PRECISION OWNERS: Please give Rocky a raise or a bonus! He truly is a treasure and an asset to your team!
