Unfortunately, sometimes lead times are not a true reflection of an ETA and we are at the mercy of the vendors/manufacturers we do try everything in our power to get the doors in and scheduled in a timely manner. I looked up garage door companies. I saw precision and decided to call. So glade that I did I was able to get Same day service. The technician Mr Webster ,took the time to show Me what was wrong with my door. And what it would take to repair it. I was amazed that the repairs and Replacement parts could be done On today. He was polite and professional .i would recommend Precision to my friends and relatives.
