I spent a long time searching for both a product and a dealer to replace our garage door hardware and our very noisy and rattling 23 year old Genie BlueMax chain-driven garage door openers with the best of today's technology. We settled on Precision because of their excellent customer reviews and because they carry the highly regarded Liftmaster(R) line, a division of the Chamberlain group. Within just a few hours of calling Precision, James was driving his Precision truck into our driveway, discussed the options, offered us several significant discounts, and less than four hours later, had completely replaced and upgraded our garage door hardware (we did get to keep the doors themselves which were in very good condition). He installed two top of the line Liftmaster 8550W garage door openers. We chose this model for its excellent internet capabilities (MyQ), the battery backup included, and because we wanted a whisper-quiet belt driven system. MyQ will work with Android or iOS and for iOS includes an Apple Watch App. It was a breeze to set up the app and it is very simple to use. Even though our Audis are older 2008 and 2010 models, I was able to sync their Homelink units with the rolling code Liftmaster units. We were also able to sync our two CLICKER KLIK1U universal remotes without difficulty to the Liftmasters. This is a very popular universal remote, readily available in hardware stores, and made by Chamberlain, so they are compatible with Liftmaster as well as many other common brands. James was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable, and did a masterful job installing the new equipment. This was a true 5-star experience and we could not be more pleased. It happened so fast I can hardly believe it is all done. We highly recommend this company and this product line.

Hello Tim: Since you asked I'd like to explain our story. A year or so ago we replaced our garage door through your company. We also updated the opener with the Lift Master. The door has been the best decision we ever made. One hiccup, after it was all said and done we asked the tech to help us with the app. Well, that is where it all began. You will have to look up the tech, I believe it was Brandon but no 100% sure. He totally blew us off with the app, saying oh you can contact them. He also had to set up a remote box thing for my car because he couldn't set the garage button in my car. He plugged that box into the outlet at the wall, no on the opener itself up on the ceiling. Never has it worked correctly. My husband and I have many times sat in the driveway for what seemed like hours trying to open the garage. We finally we have to get out and use the code for the door. We do take responsibility for some of this, we should have called and had someone else come, like we did today to help fix the issues. But my comment is this shouldn't have happened in the first place if the tech that installed and set up did his job. Today, I believe it was James that was our tech. My husband was home for the call. Well, kiddos to him. He put the app on my husband phone, set up the account and made sure we could open and close remotely from out phones. THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I can't tell you how happy this makes us and how our faith has been restored with Precision. I know customer service is big with your company from all our dealings. So please make sure you give James a "high-5", time off, PTO extra something for a "job well-done" for us. It will make him want to do a good job each and every time.
