Kevin arrived well within the scheduled time. He quickly knew what the problem was and gave me three options for repairs. He had all the parts he needed on the truck and went about the repair in a very professional manner. The price was fair and the parts used looked to be of a better quality than other repair shops used in the past. My garage door now operates like it was brand new. Precision is now my go to for all my garage door needs and would highly recommend them.

I called on Sat @ 6 pm and Kevin Shelton arrived at my home at 7:45 pm that night. The garage door spring frame had a broken part. HE WAS GREAT - while I did not like the weekend fee of $150 to come to my home - KEVIN fixed the broken metal frame for the spring and was finished in about 45 min to 1 hour. I did not miss much of the ACC football Championship game. Kevin is a 10 on a 1-10 scale. If I need any more work I only want him. I am 75 and a disabled Vet - do ya'll give discouints ?? Wonderful experience! Our spring broke Friday evening and I called right away. Your technician Kevin was at our home by 11:15 AM the next morning, ahead of schedule! This company is awesome. First of all, they showed up. I was having a terrible time finding someone that would take the job ( the eyes needed to be replaced). They not only showed up but they were there when they said they would be. The technician was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem in a matter of a few minutes and did a service job ( which hadn't been done in a few years ). We are very, very pleased with the service and work we received.

I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated the visit at 6:45 this evening after one of my garage door motors quit. I decided to upgrade both garage door motors and switched over to belt drives. First the professionalism was outstanding, the job took about 2 1/2 hours and the tech. left at 10pm. I felt bad that he actually had to stay that late but he indicated that he was more than happy to do the work and it was his job. I would recommend Precision

Fantastic service! Very punctual and knowledgeable about assessing the problem. The technician was not overbearing in trying to sell,service or parts that were not necessary. He was patient in answering questions my husband and I asked. He installed the equipment in a timely manor and cleaned up when the job was done. Kudos to our technician, Kevin.
