Scott came by to recommend a solution about a garage door motor because ours was old and was having issues opening our current door. When he left, we were extremely satisfied with the service and the products that he installed. He arrived on time and installed the recommended motor in about two hours. Not only did he install the motor but he tuned up all of the tracks and wires, installed a keypad, and set up our vehicles and iPhones for connection. Then after he was finished he offered to make a few modifications to our garage door to make it lighter and last longer. Fantastic job all around and worth every penny.

This the second time I used Precision. The second was as just great as the first time. Corey was my technician great guy very helpful and very patient. They were prompt on returning calls and they were polite and concerned. I thought their pricing was very reasonable and in line with the other garage door companies in town. I highly recommend Precision there are to many others out there but there not Precision.

Our service technician, Chris, was earlier than expected, very professional and educated us on the components of the garage door that needed repair. He was there to fix another company's shabby work. Chris gave us several repair options and estimates without pressure and without trying to sell us services that weren't needed. He even inspected our other garage door to make sure all was in order. I highly recommend this company and would be happy to do work with them in the future if/when the need arises.

I called and Ryan Hudson was on site within 2 hours . He replaced my broken springs,cables and rollers in a very timely manner. The company should be proud and thankful to have him as a employee. I think he did a outstanding job.
