Glen arrived on time. Was personable and knowledgeable. Removing the "klunck" noise required several adjustments. Door sounds like new again (very quiet). The great service started with the friendly, professional voice at their office who set up the appointment. I have enjoyed this new door that you installed and care for.

During a recent power outage I needed to disconnect my garage door opener. When I went to manually close it, it would not close. There was not sufficient clearance and the garage door was jamming against the track. James adjusted the opener track to ensure it would close in the future. As Precision had installed the opener last year, I was not charged for the adjustment. An example of a company standing behind their service and delivering a superior customer experience.

I have used Precision 3 times now for service and tune-ups over the last few years. We have been extremely satisfied on all visits. Today Kevin was our Technician. He was extremely professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I love that they are not always trying to sell me something. Our garage doors are even more quiet since they have been serviced. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated the visit at 6:45 this evening after one of my garage door motors quit. I decided to upgrade both garage door motors and switched over to belt drives. First the professionalism was outstanding, the job took about 2 1/2 hours and the tech. left at 10pm. I felt bad that he actually had to stay that late but he indicated that he was more than happy to do the work and it was his job. I would recommend Precision

I was in a dilemma -- on the day that my concrete guys were going to start to remove and replace my garage floor, my old garage door failed on me. One of the springs broke and the door jammed up and was half open. I was planning on replacing the door in a few weeks anyway but now i needed to move quickly. I called Precision and the owner Tim came out to help me within a few hours that same day -- I bought a new door and they installed in on schedule on budget and without fuss -- beautiful new door and great service - I now have my "go to" garage door company
