Our service technician, Chris, was earlier than expected, very professional and educated us on the components of the garage door that needed repair. He was there to fix another company's shabby work. Chris gave us several repair options and estimates without pressure and without trying to sell us services that weren't needed. He even inspected our other garage door to make sure all was in order. I highly recommend this company and would be happy to do work with them in the future if/when the need arises.

I started using precision in 2017 when I had a door replaced. Since that time every time I saw your add on t.v. I would say "all true" . So when i was having problems with my closure my first thought was precision, and I was not disappointed. David was courteous, and very helpful, price was more than i thought it would be, but fair. David called and gave me a 30 minute arrival time. He was very knowledgeable on the type door system I had. He was very courteous. He fixed the broken spring and lubricated the door. I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage repair or new garage door installation. I really liked the idea of weekend appointments.
