The technician Mr Webster ,took the time to show Me what was wrong with my door. And what it would take to repair it. I was amazed that the repairs and Replacement parts could be done On today. My technician was Anthony Watt. He came early, with permission, and saved my weekend. My coil broke, barrings needed replacing and a few other issues. We were held captive by my garage and he saved us. Thank you for your weekend availability and fully stocked trucks. Anthony was great and so is my garage door.

We had a garage door spring fail, trapping our car in the garage. Based on the good reviews we called Precision Garage Door Service. They answered quickly and set up our appointment for the next day. Our technician Ryan Hudson was prompt, courteous and explained the required repair thoroughly. The job was finished quickly and Ryan cleaned up afterward. I am very pleased with the service I received from Precision. I had a representative visit to give me an estimate in only days after I called. He was very professional and knowledgeable, as well as personable and listened to my concerns. The two representatives that came to repair my damaged garage door were also very professional and fixed my door in a short amount of time. They even took the time to wipe off any fingerprints that were left on the outside of the door.
