He was very thorough in his inspection & explained clearly the problem with our garage doors. He was totally prepared with everything on his truck to make necessary repairs. He did an excellent job, very neat in his installation & work done to perfection. No mess left behind, cleaned up to perfection as well. Very nice, friendly young man who took great pride in his work. I placed the service request shortly after noon & by 4:00 p.m. the job was done including cleanup. He reviewed & explained everything that he did & covered "how to" instructions with our new installs. Great company & Scott was terrific!!

We had such a great experience with Precision Garage Door Service! They came out quickly to take a look at our garage door, and it turned out to be a simple fix. A gentleman by the name of Chris came out by 10am the morning after I booked an appt from the website just 12 hours earlier which was a pleasant surprise. When examining my door, the damage, and the fact it was not repairable, he was very honest and straightforward in helping me understand the current situation and what he recommended to be done. I was already set to purchase a new door. I was presented with a nice brochure with a simple and easy to read breakdown of the options for the doors available. Chris was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right door to replace the one I currently have. Throughout the day I spoke via text with him getting details and quotes sent over. He was VERY responsive, helpful and professional. From the time he arrived at 10am, and through the discussions on what was best for us, I was able to make a decision by 3pm just 5 hours later, and placed my order. The price was very very reasonable and actually a little less than I anticipated which allowed me to get a much nicer garage door instead of the usual basic one. The door will take a few weeks or so to arrive since I didn't go with the typical basic door but rather a semi custom one. I look forward to working with Precision going forward and will recommend them to others.

Twice we have called upon Precision Garage Door for repair consultation and/or tune-ups. Today, we also wanted to purchase another remote. As before, I used the online booking app, and was happy to see an immediate opening on a Saturday. The chat-bot interaction answered a question I had, immediately and thoroughly. Precision Door came out the same afternoon after my garage door stopped working. We thought it was just a bad sensor but after replacing that, discovered it was the opener had stopped working. He replaced it on the spot and stayed late to complete the job. Great customer service.

We recently called Precision Garage Door Service after our garage door Craftsman 20 year old motor broke. We have used Precision Doors before when a spring on the garage door broke. They had to come out on a weekend back two years ago because I didn't want to be stuck in my house over the weekend. Precision Garage sent out our technician to replace the old garage door opener with a new, Lift Master. Gosh, it is so quiet! The technician replaced the system with a new garage door opener and system. We even were given a Military Discount. We greatly appreciated any discount we could get. Our garage door broke at 3:30pm and was fixed the next day by 11am. I will be recommending Precision Door Service to all my neighbors.
