I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. I was able to easily schedule an appointment. The technician was very professional and courteous. He explained why certain parts for my garage door needed to be replaced and each step of the repair process which put me at ease. I had previously used a different company for maintenance and repairs about a year ogo, and I was not pleased with the service or the cost, so I decided to call Precision Garage Door Service this time because one of my garage doors had broken, they responded quite quickly from the initial phone call to the arrival of the technician, Chris was his first name, he was very professional and experienced, he worked diligently and explained the reason of the door malfunction and what was needed to get it fix, I am happy and pleased with his work, my garage door runs like new again. I found you though trustdale since new to the area. You were able to come out the day you contacted me. I just moved into my new house and the garage doors didn't work, impossible to open. The movers had placed boxes to close to the door but we were able to move the boxes and the tech returned later that day to replace the springs. The other door is needing to be replace which I plan on doing at a later date giving me time to clear out the garage.

The appointment scheduling process was quick and streamlined. Jeremy, our service tech, was prompt and efficient. He quickly diagnosed our doors' needs, worked up an estimate and work order, and got to work on approved items. He did fantastic work and was done in no time. Precision did arrive the same day I called, and fixed the issue with my garage door; however, BUYER BEWARE of their extremely inconsistent pricing. My neighborhood and I had the same issue with our garage where one of the springs broke, and the garage wouldn't go up anymore. My neighbor used Precision and was charged $249 to replace one of the springs, and the labor was only $17 which brought his total to $266. I was told I had to replace BOTH springs even though only one was broken, and was charged $361 for EACH spring a total of $722, plus the labor was $189, bringing my total to $911. The technician was here for a grand total of 45 minutes fixing everything. When I called Precision to ask them about the discrepancy, the receptionist LaToya told me the manager Mike would call me back. Never received a call back. Will not recommend this company to any other neighbors with garage issues because I don't want them to get taken advantage of on pricing the way I was. Very disappointed.
