I searched for a local company, read their reviews before calling the office for an appointment and was given one for the next morning. The technician called to tell me he was arriving shortly and arrived on time, inspected the equipment and was able to tell me what needed to be repaired or replaced. He informed me on each step and received my permission after showing me why a part needed to be replaced. Juan did a great job and it was finished within a short time. My equipment now works much easier and quieter. One security feature the company uses is to text a photo of the tech and he arrived wearing a shirt with their company name and in a company vehicle. He was courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to refer the company.

I had an emergency garage door situation and a technican was onsite at my home within 2 hours of my initial phone call to them. I was able to get a morning appointment that day; Emilio, the technician was prompt and very courteous. He showed me in detail what was needed for repair. Allen was great with installing our new lfitmaster garage opener. We went with the 3/4 hp opener for our two car garage. Allen was thorough with the installation and making sure the opener was working properly. Our old opener was 15 years old. We also had to change the outside and inside the garage keypad. All is working well.

We were told via voice conversation and text message confirmation that our appointment would be today between 4-6pm. The unprofessional service representative called me at 10:15am letting me know he would be here in 15 minutes. Fortunately for him I was on my way home from a scheduled personal appointment. When he arrived he never cut off his vehicle and assume never with intention of performing an adequate or appropriate assessment of the issue. Immediately started spraying lubricant on the hinges. I explained to him that’s not the issue and we he departed the noise was still loud and prevalent. His customer service was way below average and showed no signs of care of his performance or customer satisfaction. I had this garage installed 7 months and it’s disappointing I have an issue already.

Called late morning, serviceman (Willi) was there around 1:30. It took him one hour to replace springs, rollers, cables, etc. The door operates like it were new (it's probably original to the house, about 50 years old): Smooth, quiet, and reliably/responsive. Five stars!
