I called this morning because I couldn’t get out my garage. They took appointment for today and was out within the hour. Derek Skaggs assessed the situation gave me a quote and quickly got started. He was great at explaining what was going on, walked me through everything he was doing. Great work, he was fast and efficient. All work done less than 3 hours from the phone call . The amount charge was very reasonable and I am very satisfied. I do highly recommend this company and Derek Skaggs.

I had the most wonderful experience doing an upset in my day. I call they came. what sing to be all trouble for my day. I called they came what seems to be an unmanageable situation. It was solved, the technician was so kind and understanding with his experience and comfort. He put me through a rough patch guaranteeing Everything will be well the best he could get it and it was way over and beyond my expectations. The customer service young man was awesome. I feel he is a great attribute to this company. Plus he was so knowledgeable of everything. I’ll give it five stars and thumbs up !!!

The technician, Anthony, was not only friendly, efficient, neat & cleaned up any debris & old door opener pieces, he clearly explained things to me as to what I needed & what he was doing. He shared the options & then gave his recommendation. Plus, the cost was $6 more for a complete new door opener than what another company charged just for the motor! Precision was recommended to me by a friend. I highly recommend them to you.

I needed emergency spring replacement and called several companies, precision was the only company that could come as early as I needed. The technician Carlos called ahead to inform me of estimated time of arrival and was there when he said he would. I am a by the book Marine and hate to have my time wasted, the work was completed in a timely manner for what I believe was a fair price. They did extend a Military discount although I didn't ask. I would recommend them.

I highly recommend Precision. The technicians were outstanding. Brandon the installer was kind enough to call me earlier than my scheduled appointment(which was great for me). Jeremiah the repair tech was awesome!!! He came in, listened to my concerns and solved the problem in no time. I will most definitely recommend Precision to my family and friends. I was not able to select more than one option but I had a new door and opener installed. I love the MyQ.
