From the sales professional who quoted the job to scheduler and the door installer, I always knew what to expect next and I was stunned by their professionalism and honesty. We returned from a few days out of town to find our garage door would not open. Unfortunately it was after hours and I had to leave to go out of town early the next morning. The call center made an appointment which was confirmed the next morning by the service professional. The problem was in the equipment. The service professional arrived on schedule, fixed the problem and reset the openers. He was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and effective. My wife was extremely pleased with the service. I too am grateful to get five star service especially when I was out of town, bad weather was coming, and I was more than a bit panicked!

After going to 4-5 places looking for a garage door, i found Precision and I wished I had come here first. The people at the office were polite and informed. That is only the beginning of my outstanding review. Kelly came to my home to take measurements, which she did and answered all my questions about the door. When she left I knew I had selected the right company. I wanted a forest green one so it had to be special ordered. It still came in very timely. The guy that came to install the door was prompt. He had to build the framing around the door(other places did not do this step) He worked non stop. he certainly knew what he was doing and did it well. When he finished he cleaned up the area and explained how my door worked. I hope management knows who they sent because I forgot to ask his name and I want him to get all the credit for a job well done. I would recommend this company any time.
