My garage door had not been serviced in at least the last 30 years. My current problem was minor (a roller off the tracks). But, it clearly needed more comprehensive service. The Service Technician, Derek Skaggs, laid out and clearly explained 3 options to bring my door up to date. Once I selected an option, Derek checked with the office to get me a best possible discount. Within an hour the service was completed. Derek is a personable and competent technician and a credit to Precision Garage Dorr Service of Atlanta

Precision Door sent Joe to inspect my opener the next day of my call. Joe was prompt, knowledgeable and respectful. Next day service is amazing these days and Joe was very competent. He installed a new garage door torsion spring and all the system that goes along with it for both doors in a very reasonable amount of time. Very prompt and efficient service.

Both of my grandfathers and my Dad were all auto mechanics. and fixed other things too. During my 37 year pilot's aviation career, I've seen a lot of repairs and made many myself, including airplanes, helicopters and cars, even the garage dour repaired today. The repairman admitted to "being new." Better work is not available, or should I say possible. My college degree is in Mechanical Engineering. I know what I saw is "The Best." 2 Springs, 2 cables, one pulley, remove and replace.

The technician Mr Webster ,took the time to show Me what was wrong with my door. And what it would take to repair it. I was amazed that the repairs and Replacement parts could be done On today. The Technician came prepared to fix my issue not just do and estimate. He had the right replacement spring and tools and went to work. Joe was finished in under an hour and and everything worked as it should. Joe gave instructions to maintain the spring and other parts. My technician was Anthony Watt. He came early, with permission, and saved my weekend. My coil broke, barrings needed replacing and a few other issues. We had a garage door spring fail, trapping our car in the garage. Based on the good reviews we called Precision Garage Door Service. They answered quickly and set up our appointment for the next day. This is the second motor I have bought from you all in the past year or so. Joe installed the previous one at my home of 35 years. I bought another home and closed on it on 04/03/2025, and moved in a week later. The garage system motor was awful, so Joe Huggins installed a new Genie April 30, and I am happy. Joe was the technician both times, and I am a great fan of his. He is an excellent technician with a great personality, and really knows his work. He had to make a special trip back to my home on Friday because of what I push to raise and lower the door. He came late in the day when he was off work, but he took care of it with such a positive attitude. It appears to me that Joe is a superb employee! I will continue to call your company when I have a need, and I will ask for Joe!
