Technician was horrible. Instead of fixing the sensor and sensor bracket properly, he just turned its direction in 2 minutes with his wrench. (He also advised me to contact Lift master for design improvements!). It only took 2 minutes. He charged me $202.23 for this work!!! When I googled it, the safety sensor alignment typically costs $75-85. The complete replacement of sensor costs $170. I will never come back to you and will also propagate this bad story.

The service provided by Precision Garage Door Service was excellent. Their servicemen were prompt, courteous, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. Our door had been damaged when hit by a car. The bottom panel was bent and the spring disengaged. They were able to remove and straighten the steel panel, reinstall it along with the bottom strip that had also been bent. They reinstalled the spring, realign the tracks, conditioned and lubed the door, leaving it in good working order. Their efforts saved us from having to replace the entire door. Thank you, Precision.

This was probably one of the easiest and fastest jobs I’ve booked so far. I was able to book a same day appointment. I’ve been dealing with a lot of contractors lately (renovations). Brandon was very professional, confident and very easy to work with. It was a pleasure working with him. I didn’t bother getting another quote from another competitor. Even if I paid a little more with Precision the convenience and the quality of the product and service was worth it.

Precision Garage Door provided excellent service. They arrived on time and gave a clear estimate before starting the work. They replaced the opener and changed the rollers quickly and efficiently. The job was clean, and the quality was top-notch. Before the repairs, my garage door was very noisy. After the new rollers and lubrication, it's much quieter. We will forever use Precision Garage Door Service. Our garage door springs stopped working on a Sunday with the car inside and the door jammed shut. Wouldn’t open manually. I was frantic as we had family to pick up at 7 in the evening at the airport. Scotty, our technician, was knowledgeable and efficient. The truck was stocked with all the parts needed for the repair. These guys did any excellent job. We got two new garage doors. One was a replacement and one was a new door, all with openers. They were customer oriented and knowledgeable from the time they came to see our location and give us a bid to ordering the doors and finally installing. The installers were excellent and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. We so appreciated that and they did an excellent job. Thank you guys!! We highly recommend them.

Cory and Scotty were absolutely world-class in every single aspect from start to finish in diagnosing my garage door issue and installing a new Liftmaster this evening. The estimate was way higher than what was expressed over the phone and when I addressed how expensive it was, the tech seemed flippant. I was disappointed at the cost and felt it was higher than expected or needed for parts.
