The technician, Mr. Craig Killens, was not only thorough, but courteous as well. EVidently you all put your technicians through a lot of training, because Mr. Killens knew what he was doing! After the install, he took time to go over every detail, including downloading the app on my phone. I am a returning customer to Precision Garage doors and I can say that they meet and exceed my expectations every time. The tech who came to my home today is named Dustin and he was very professional and personable when he arrived. After he assessed what was to be done and what he recommended without any pressure to do all that he suggested, and what would be beneficial in the long run. He immediately began work and was done in a rather quick amount of time but, all that he stated that I needed he completed. I would refer Dustin to anyone that I know who needs a garage repair. I am very pleased with Precision and highly recommend them for a great experience from start to finish. My daughter referred me to this company after they replaced her garage doors. Victor arrived immediately after my online self-scheduling. He diagnosed my various garage door problems — i.e., most all components were aged out. He presented three possible options with various levels of repair that would leave me operational. I appreciated his knowledge, experience and candor, so my choice became clear from talking further. I chose a complete replacement of both door opening systems, which would require several hours of work. Victor was able to complete it all that very same day. I thank him and Precision for such quiet and smooth running doors now! Excellent and caring service!

Setting up the appointment was quick. The operator got all my info and confirmed everything. The tech called to confirm my appointment and was even available earlier. He worked with me on timing and showed right when he said he would. He was very nice and professional and took care of the broken spring quickly. The springs were old, but he looked over the door and found an additional issue that he rectified quickly. All communication was very clear.
