My experience was pleasant. The problem was solved, the tech was very courteous, professional and helpful. I went with the reviews and rating on the BBB, which gave me some confidence. In my opinion, the cost was a bit high for a repair job but I was happy at the end. Thank you

You solved my problem. Your technician Victor was courteous, competent, professional, and helpful. The only reason I wouldn't give you five stars is that your pricing could be more transparent. I realize it's a business decision to adopt a pricing model whereby you batch parts and labor together, but I place a high value on transparency.

I appreciate Allen 's help, but I feel I was overcharges for his service. I didn't know that I only had to simple pull the emergency release cord upward to re-engage the automatic opener (which is what he did). Therefore, I'm requesting some of my service fee. Our garage door would not close without having to stop it when trying to go back up several times. The technician was early, which was good, and quickly saw and solved the problem. He stated that the loose wires should have been connected in a wire connector and covered. He also completed some quick tightening of the chain that he saw was looser than it should have been. Problems addressed within 30 minutes after arriving.

Service was 4 stars - Jeremy was very knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. Really appreciated his approach. Unfortunately, the price was about triple what I expected, so had to go for another quote (which came in at 1/3 the price). I'm sure it would have been perfectly installed and white glove service, but was more than what I needed.

The tech was on time for the job. I believe that he was being honest about my garage door and his work. However, I was a little disappointed with the cost, but not surprised that it would be more, but not 6x more! Based on the television commercial, I was under the impression that it would be a $29 tune up special. Oh, by the way, why’s William bio isn’t on your website?

I called Precision to fix a broke spring and wall controller for my garage door, as I had used them years earlier and they did good work. This time was a good experience as well. The repairman Brandon, was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and worked hard and did a great job. Good quality and fast service. The only thing I didn't love was strictly the cost. Im a mechanic but not on garage doors, but I know the value of parts & work and I feel inflation and rising rates made this job higher than it should have been. I would still recommend due there quality of work, response time and guys like Brandon.

I received stellar service from Robert Jordan. My garage doors were installed April 2023 but I have been having issues with the doors squeaking. Although Robert didn’t not do the initial Installation, he quickly assessed and corrected the issues. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable. In addition to providing quality repair service, he provided great customer service. In spite of the hiccups with the noisy doors, I will still recommend Precision Garage Doors woth the request for Robert Jordan.

Initial installation earned only 3 stars. Your maintenance visit was 5 stars, so the average is now 4 stars. Tech for maintenance (Chris) was incredibly efficient, polite and knowledgeable, far better than installation tech. Keep it up!

I am pleased that my garage door has been properly fixed and is now functional again. I didn't like the inconsistency in the cost given to me by phone by the customer service representative versus the actual cost once the technician arrived. But overall, it was good, quick, quality service. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to others.

Fast, personable, honest, respectful. Quoted a price and didnt pad the numbers (i checked). Had springs, rollers, and cables replaced. Repaired my door and had it fuctionimg well in a flash. What more could i ask for?

Shannon the technician is great. Would have given 5stars, unfortunately the technician was held up on another job. Originally appointment was 8:00-10:00. Arrived at 2pm. He is courteous and knowledgeable. He is not at fault for having to take care of earlier customer. If necessary will use Precision Door again.
