Tremendous service! Joe was professional and very friendly. He was straight to the point with the issues discovered, what was needed to fix them and nothing more. When I asked questions about details of the repairs taking place, or what maintenance was periodically needed, he was polite and took the time to explain in great detail, demonstrating a high degree of knowledge and passion about his practice. Was having problems with our 20+ year garage door motor. Contacted Precision and was scheduled to have a repairman come and check it out. Within 2 hours Joe showed up and checked the operation of our door and suggested that we replace the motor and springs. Inside of an hour we had a new quiet motor. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Would not hesitate to contact Precision if I should need anything for our garage door.

Precision send a technician to prepare our garage door within a Precision sent a technician to repair our garage door within an hour. Shannon replaced the spring and cables on our garage door and did a fabulous job! My only additional feedback would be that it would be nice if your company offered a better military and healthcare worker discount.

My garage door failed to close correctly and was out of line on the tracks. I was concerned because I wouldn’t be able to get my car out to go to work tomorrow. Precision sent someone out this morning and got it repaired. The repairman (Anthony, I think he said was his name) found the issue (a broken cable) and repaired it quite quickly. I was pleased with the service.

Fast! Detail oriented! Friendly! After 20+ years the spring finally gave up. I expected a much longer wait but I had the door repaired within about 5 hours of calling for service. Joe was awesome. The repairs were done quickly and I really appreciated the attention to detail. In addition to replacing the broken torsion spring he made other adjustments and kept at a noisy track until he got it perfect! It’s SO quiet now! It’s as good as new, maybe better.

We recently moved here from CA, and have always used Precision Garage Door with all our houses there. We have a brand new home that the garage door installation wasn't up to snuff and sounded like it was going to fall down. So Roy went over the entire thing and pinpointed the items that he could fix for us to smooth the whole thing out. He was able to show me concretely everything he found, and I chose to have him do all the service. It's like a new door!!! He did what we had hoped could be done so we don't feel endangered every time we raise or lower our very heavy garage door. I love this company and can't recommend them highly enough!
