Sunday morning the spring on my garage door snapped. I called Precision Door Service because they had installed my garage door opener a few years back and the service was excellent. I thought because it was Sunday that I was going to have to make an appointment during the week and take time off of work. However, they had someone at my hours within two hours of my call and there was no extra charge. Ronnie was great. He did his inspection of the door and told me what he was going to check and then what he thought needed to be done. I am always cautious of services that recommend "add-ons". Ronnie took the time to point out what he was looking at and explain how it was effecting the performance of the door. Not only that he gave me coupons for the work that had to be done. With all the work done, the total charged was less than what it cost me to replace the spring (not with Precision) several years ago. I won't use anyone else to do work on my garage door. When you find a service company that you don't feel being taken advantage of and does excellent work, you stick with them.

We definitely recommend Precision to anyone interested in upgrading their old doors to newer, more insulated and quiet doors. Precision stands behind their warranty should additional adjustments be needed. Fast, courteous and professional staff.

The door spring broke at 5:30 PM on Friday evening. Precision offered service on Saturday but, because of my schedule I couldn't meet until Sunday. Appointment window was (8AM-12PM). Joe called at 9:00 and said he would be here by 10:00. Joe arrived as committed, gave me a price quote and a time estimate to complete the job. Joe started the job, finished on time and the door is like new again. I experienced great customer service from my first call until Joe drove out my driveway. I am completely satisfied and will recommend Precision Door to friends and family. Special thanks to Joe for an excellent job.
