David serviced and repaired our garage door. He did a good job and was neat, polite and worked quickly. He also gave us estimates for further needed repairs and explained the need for these repairs very well. My only complaint is the need for a four hour window. A little preplanning could easily narrow that wait time done to two hours!

We would love to be able to narrow the 4 hour window down; however, Atlanta traffic prevents us from doing so. We do ask that our technicians give you a call when they are leaving the previous customer to let you know an estimated time of arrival to help you plan your day a little better. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but once we are at a customers' house, we want to have plenty of time to diagnose any issues with their doors, talk with them about repair options, do the repair, and then show the customer what we did. Each customer deserves a quality and thorough job, and we feel that it is important to not rush our technicians. Thank you for your comments. We hope our explanation will answer any questions you may have about our scheduling. If we worked in an area that did not have such traffic issues with a large quantity of people on the streets, we may be able to shorten our windows of time, but until then, this makes the most sense for our business.

Gold Series Springs x 2 Bearing Plates, Nylon Roller. My Door was non-functional. To be honest I only called these buys b/c they said they would come out on a Sunday. I did not get 3 price quotes so maybe I paid more than I should have. What sold me was the service. I called them after seeing them in Google, and they scheduled me right away. I overslept on Sunday and called the person who had emailed me my appointment confirmation and to my surprise I actually spoke to the person who emailed me (Tim). My Tech came and explained everything to me and he did a good job. Door is running quiet. I wish I had remembered to get my other remote battery changed. My door now functions better than when I bought the house.
