The springs on our garage door broke on a Sunday morning. I was surprised we could get someone to repair the door on Sunday. Justin was on time (he called in advance)and was able to repair our door within 30 minutes. Justin was also very knowledgeable about doors/prices/issues. He answered all of our questions. Great company to know about and use!

Your repairman was great. He did the job and my garage door works....all smooth and less noisy than it was before. I know this is a tough job...with the weight of the doors and the tension on the springs & cables. We couldn't have done this ourselves. The price was a little higher than I was expecting, but all's well. My door works!

We are so pleased with our new garage door from Precision Garage Doors. From start to finish the service was fantastic, the door was reasonably priced and very beautiful. They even called the day before to say that they were out of the door I ordered and could they upgrade my door so they would not have to reschedule the installation. Well YEA! The installer, Eric, was wonderful, was on time, and installed the door and even swept up afterwards. If you are considering a new door, definitely choose these guys. They definitely are 5 star from start to finish. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Mark did a great job replacing the set of springs. He also replaced the rod bearing plates and corrected their installation to the wall. He was very quick and worked efficiently. This was for my rental property and if I run into any other issues or find someone else who needs an expert we will point them your way.
