Duane was very professional and knowledgeable. He promptly completed the torsion spring replacement in 25 minutes. He lubricated both garage doors as well. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door. I will definitely use them in the future for all my garage door needs.

I had a new opener installed by Precision a few months back. It quit working and I called them out. They came out on time the same day. I am embarrassed to say my husband had put tools in front of the electronic eye. They quickly identified the problem Expecting to pay some kind of fee I was told this one was on them! absolutely amazing- i really needed our 5 year old doors serviced, i just received a mail pack in the mails and there's a coupon there. i filled out the form online and had a call/email within minutes, they showed up 24 hours later as scheduled, did the service, very reasonable pricng and all's great. thank you for doing things the good old way- fast, prompt, caring and great work!

Thrilled with the service of Precision Door Service. They replaced the opener one month ago. Over Labor Day weekend, the opener would not work. I called thinking I would have to leave a message but someone answered and scheduled an appointment for that day...the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. They were there within 3 hours and fixed everything without any additional charge. Ready to tell all my neighbors about this company.
