Excellent response time a day after calling with a damaged garage door opener belt to be replaced; I looked into an Amazon belt with simple DIY replacement, but decided to have an expert install it for me for the reasonable cost roughly estimated. Dustin Ridge showed up on time for the repair and easily convinced us that for a little more cost, we could replace the entire garage door opener, which was at least 12 years old, and included the belt and all other new parts! Fabulous reason to have the professionals check the job and estimate the needs for us. As an added bonus, Dustin reprogrammed all of our cars and remotes, changing out troublesome LED bulbs in the openers with older CFL bulbs, which were causing interference with our signals. Amazing advice, professionalism and work from a company we have dealt with since installing our four garage doors back in 2007; we are lifetime clients. Thank you for your excellent service and for employing technicians like Dustin to do the work.

I called in around 10:15am and within 45 minutes I had JOJO at my door. He explained thoroughly what he thought was best for my situation (garage door was coming off track and caving as it tried to open and close) and under 2 hours everything was done (new springs and rollers) and both my garage doors are working properly again and the work is under warranty. He was personable, professional and sweet to my dog...what more could you ask for!

The technician that came out did a great job. The issue was the installer that originally installed the opener left one important item out - battery for the battery backup. Not sure how this happened with an experienced installer but it did. Since the initial installation we have had to call Precision back twice now. One time to fix the security lights because the door would not close and the next time to install the battery that should have been installed at time of installation. Never rec'd a good explanation of why the battery was forgotten when we purchased a unit that had battery backup.

Called Precision at 3:30 PM the tech Kris Boyter was at the house about 5:15 PM, assessed the repair, provided the repair options, I selected my preference and BAM finished by about 6:45 PM. I could not be happier with Kris and Precision. Thanks

Wow I was impressed! The first guy came out the same day but the door was more industrial than he had planned so he had someone set up and be there at 8 am the next morning. Fixed in no time, looks great, now its safe and I thought the price was very honest and fair.

We rec'd a quote in the morning and the new opener was installed that afternoon. Installed was complete in less than 45 minutes. We had a small hiccup with the pricing which was quickly resolved the next morning when we talked with Shawn. We love the opener with the motion detector. The car linking was very easy and worked the first time. We selected Precision based on their reviews. They were 5 stars.

As new home owners, when the garage door broke we didn't really know where to start. Our total experience with Precision was amazing! You must use Precision for your garage door service. Made an appointment and was serviced the same day. Shaun knows his stuff and made all the right recommendations to get us exactly what we needed. A garage door doesn’t last forever, and after 20 years ours needed many new parts! DONE and finishes in an hour. Quiet and Smooth. Happy Anniversary to my wife! Ha.

Awesome service by Joe and Jeremy! 5 Stars to a fantastic customer experience today. The original problem was a broken spring and after looking over the old motor we decided to upgrade. You were right in your estimate, unfortunately it was not your company. It seemed that your rep was focused more on selling us more options than doing a repair. The other company that did the repair had installed new springs 4 years ago. You rep did not really examine the springs. He was more into selling fear. Your obviously large but in my experience is not customer focused.

When our garage door stopped working, we googled service companies to find some reputable ones nearby. Precision Door Service were very highly rated and we ventured to call them. Shaun, the service tech, was excellent. The team was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The service response was very prompt and quick, and the repairs were performed on the spot, which allowed us to use the garage door the same day. We are very happy that we found this company and we will use them again for further maintenance or repairs. We highly recommend them.
