At first I thought the pricing was high, because I have had this unit replaced and worked on twice since the replacement two years ago. William took the time to show and explain to me what was wrong not with just the opener unit but also the door itself. So I asked him to fix it all so,I wouldn’t have someone out here every 6 months. Just to note, this is the first time I have called Precision. So William did his thing. Replacing all the old rollers with updated rollers made of better materials, fixed some hinges, lubricated all the rollers, hinges and chain in addition to the new drive unit. I am glad that William told me about the condition and the options to repair. Before my neighbors down the street could hear my door opening. Now I can hardly hear it standing in the garage. It has a soft quiet opening and a soft quiet close. I am very satisfied with what I have now and the price was worth knowing that it is sound and secure and quiet. Robert D. Luttrell

Was pleased to receive a next-day Saturday appointment! Technician Chris called ahead while on his way and arrived exactly when he estimated. After inspecting our door, the motor, and structural components, Chris gave us 3 price levels of easy-to-understand options for upgrading and replacing older parts. Work was completed in about an hour. Extra kudos for Chris' positive energy and disposition! Would recommend Precision Door to all; it is clear that they care about providing quality services to their customers.

Our service technician, Chris, was earlier than expected, very professional and educated us on the components of the garage door that needed repair. He was there to fix another company's shabby work. Chris gave us several repair options and estimates without pressure and without trying to sell us services that weren't needed. He even inspected our other garage door to make sure all was in order. I highly recommend this company and would be happy to do work with them in the future if/when the need arises.

Our Garage door had broke, so I called Precision and less than 24 hours technician Aaron came to the rescue! He was very informative of what happened, explained what he needed to do to fix our problem as well as being honest and up front with pricing and explaining the warranties they offer. Not to mention he fixed our annoying squeak that we could not get rid of, so now our garage door is super quiet. I would HIGHLY recommend Precision and would use their services again if need be. I contacted Precision on a weekend and was immediately greeted with great customer service over the phone. I had a technician at my home within 2 hours. Jacob quickly identified and diagnosed the problem with my broken garage door and explained my choices. He was knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He had my garage door job complete within 20 min of starting and he provided such good customer service throughout the entirety of the time at my home. Although I hope to never need a garage repair again, if I ever have one I will be contacting Precision.

The tech was on time for the job. I believe that he was being honest about my garage door and his work. However, I was a little disappointed with the cost, but not surprised that it would be more, but not 6x more! Based on the television commercial, I was under the impression that it would be a $29 tune up special. Oh, by the way, why’s William bio isn’t on your website?
