Had the rubber on the bottom of garage door replaced as it had shrunk. Precision Door was in and out in a heartbeat and arrived early which was great.

High marketing on television makes you more visible and attractive when seeking garage door repair. No need to really search for more. When you advertise this much it could be positive or negative for the company. Positive because you're the 1st reminder when seeking out such jobs and negative because your work reflects your credibility. One wrong turn and negative viral marketing could affect your business extremely. A company willing to take that risk is worth taking a risk with. 2 days in, so far, so good.

I had my garage door repaired because 9 couldn't lift it up. Joseph came out and diagnose the issue. According to him, I needed 2 springs and 2 extensions... Hw charged me $617.81 I'm not sure how much this usually cost... But it seemed like it cost. A lot being that 8 had the same garage door replaced a few years back and paid $700. He f8xed it wothin an hoir and my garage door can now open. I'm at least grateful to God for that.

Carla, We are sorry you did not have a 5 star experience with Precision. After looking at your invoice, it appears that he did more than 2 springs. 4 other parts were installed as well as a complete tune up. Hopefully this clears up any confusion on pricing and you will please use us in the future to service your doors.

I only wanted a tune up???????but It turned out that I needed Springs etc.The gentleman who came Favio was excellent.He went over and above his call of duty to get my door going.I totally appreciated what he did.He works fast and efficient and is very friendly. He answered questions and concerns as well.I might eventually need a new motor and will call your company and will ask for Favio.He was great.I give him a 5 and above ????

My experience with Precision was more than I expected. My technician was courteous, professional, and well versed with his skill set. He asked questions and the problem was identified he explained in full detail the issue! I will definitely refer them and use them for all future garage door needs.
