My garage door broke Saturday afternoon and I had absolutely NO idea how to fix it (even with the help of YouTube how-to videos)!! I called Precision Door Atlanta, as I had heard good things about them in the past. The receptionist was very nice and told me that she could have someone out the next day (Sunday!!). I was very happy, needless to say. The technician (Travis) called the next afternoon to confirm the appt and was at my house at the exact time he had mentioned. He was very informative and told me exactly what the problem was, what the options were, and how much it would cost. He did not try to force expensive alternatives on me, which I appreciated. He was extremely courteous and very efficient. Two hours later, I had a completely renovated garage door that worked perfectly. The cost was very reasonable. I really cannot say enough good things about Precision, but really I have to give all the credit to Travis. He was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the entire process that I would absolutely call Precision (and most certainly Travis) again without a second's hesitation. Thanks again for everything...you guys are the best!!!!

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the fact that I had to pay for the job. But I understand, everyone has to make an honest living:-). On a serious note though I liked the professionalism of the technician (forgot his name), I liked the fact that he recommended products and not try sell them to me, and even though it may sound simple but important to me, was the fact that the technician showed up on time. Note:I ended up additionally changing my rollers and upgrading the tension spring (s). These items I knew were going bad so might as well get them changed by the experts.
