Service Companys are about customer service and my tech Dustin Ridge understood that 100%. The reapir was done in a timely manner with quality parts. The price was higher then I expected @ $800.00 although the warranty and education I received im okay with it. Would recommend to family and friends.

Today's visit was a follow up issue but he came out quickly, figured out the problem and fixed it without any issues. It was an issue we probably could've figured out ourselves but at no time did he make us feel stupid for not knowing. This is our 2nd time working with Precision and it's been 5 star each time.
