After contacting two companies, I became frustrated with their sales tactics. I decided to call Precision. The lady who scheduled a visit the next day was very kind. I was given a four hour window. The technician, Roy, called me to let me know he will be at my house shortly. Roy quickly diagnose the problem and I appreciate the fact he explain to me why I needed a new motor. His diagnostic skills were on the money. He explained three options to me. He treated me extremely fair and within 90 minutes, I had a complete installation working flawlessly. Needless to say, I was very happy I contacted Precision. I will be needing another door opener in the near future, and will certainly contact Precision. I have never dealt with this company before. I did not know anyone employed there before today. I am writing this review without the encouragement of anyone. I just think in this world, when you get professional service, a person should take the time to let management know they have a very skilled technician.

Precision Garage save the day. My garage door opener stop after 15 yrs. Precision was able to come out the SAME DAY that I called and installed a new garage door opener in 1 hour. The technician was very professional and explained all the different types of openers and ask all my questions. He was awesome!

I called and they came out the same day. I got a good estimate on two doors and two openers. I was told that it would take 7 to 10 days to get all the supplies delivered. I got a call two days later and they said that had all the parts in , a few.day later I had my door in. It took the guy 4 hours. I was impressed and glad I choose Percision. Great job.

I called for an emergency for one of our clients. One of my technicians actually damaged a garage door on a job and I needed someone to respond quickly. Precision door was fast and efficient and helped my customer right away. They made it easy to call them next time if I have another issue come up. I selected your company because of the reviews online, made an appointment, and the day of the appointment I called and found out my appointment had been changed without telling me. So I did not reschedule because I took off for this appointment, I was going to use someone else, but the lady I spoke to on the phone obviously knew I was not pleased, Monday morning I got a call from Sean, and he really changed my opinion on this company and made me fill like I made the right decision to stay with Precision Door, so I only have positive feedback for them. The technician, Joshua, came out and was very professional. What I can see they are customer focused, Way to go! Use them you will not be sorry!

I used the chat now option to begin conversations. I was answered promptly and professionally. I was told the expectation and there were no surprises. Within a few hours a tech named Jeremy called to say he was on his way, Jeremy was very professional and was a pleasure to deal with. Good customer service oriented employees are hard to find. I added a keypad to my order and Jeremy did not have the part he said no worries let me make a phone call, within 15 minutes another employee arrived, introduced himself and delivered the part. This is above and beyond customer service as I added this on last minute to my service request. Great job.

From the beginning I was very impressed with the process of your sales person. I live in an HOA and the sales person checked about the code had your engineer draw what it would look like so that we were on the mark from the beginning. Also knowing that it is made here in the Atlanta area made an even better choice. Knowing I have allergies to chemicals, they made a point to hold it a little longer in order to have the chemical gas off taken care of. Your installers were quick, cleaned up well after themselves and were professional. The door itself is wonderful. So,quiet,has just enough of the safety issues where it is not over brain makes. Sensor light over the motor. Temsensor, and the safety on the door gauge itself. I was very pleased

I called Saturday to inquire about a repair of a broken spring on my garage door. Sent a repair technician, Mike, on Sunday. Chasen Pike was great to during the work I needed. He was through in explaining the issues and he identified them to me. He also educated me on garage doors and what the parts on them do that needed replacing. He also explained why the issue happened. Once I told him the age of the garage, he looked for other things and told me the lifespan of those parts. He gave me three options with estimate to choose from for the repair. I chose option 3 an he replaced the motor, rollers, cables and safety sensors. Two remote controls with batteries come with the plan. Once I decided he completed the work and demonstrated everything to me and allow me to test everything in real life situations. I am very satisfied with Chasen's kindness and professionalism. I will request Chasen as my technician if I need additional work on my garage. I give Chasen a 5. Phae Snow

I was out of town when my garage door quit working. My wife called to say the door wouldn't go up. When I got home, I found that the door was extremely heavy, indicating a broken spring. I knew I needed a professional so I looked up several garage door companies in the area. Precision's estimate was on par with the other companies, but I knew their name from their TV ads. My experience with Precision began with great customer service on the phone. The representative was polite and professional, listened to my needs and presented me with relative options. I was impressed that I was able to get on the schedule for the following day. I was told the name of the technician who would be coming to my home was Brandon and that I could look at his profile on their website. I read his reviews and was confident with who was coming to my house. Brandon called the morning of our appointment to let me know he was a little behind schedule, but was on his way. I believe he showed up only 15 minutes late. He was friendly and professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He confirmed immediately that the spring was broken and explained the system to me. Unfortunately, the door spring system the builder installed was builder-grade and sold as an economic package. I had been quoted a price over the phone to replace one or two springs. However, because of the system installed, I had to replace the entire system, not just the springs. The total replacement was much more expensive than simply replacing springs. Thanks to Brandon, however, I completely understood the necessity to do so. Brandon thoroughly detailed the options to me, made some suggestions and ultimately helped make my decision easy. My experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was exceptional from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them to anyone who was in need of any service related to their garage door.

My garage door would not open. I saw that one of the springs was broken. Kris showed me the hinges that torn from stress. The price to rebuild the door was more than I had expected but I have never encountered this problem before. Kris explained the situation and gave me several options. He completed the work in less than two hours.
