Edward Davis is an outstanding technician. Very knowlegeable, personable and professional. He makes you his most important task of the day. He does excellent work. He goes through everything that is needed and then gives you an estimate before he starts. He also gives you options for upgrades and shares with you how they may be better for you. The technician identified all the problems soon after assessing my garage door and all the components that make it work. He was very capable and explained the price difference of excellent springs that don't rust with the longer warranty as compared with the cheaper was with less warranty. He fixed the garage door with the new equipment within 30 minutes. He was pleasant and seemed to have full knowledge of all that needed to be done. He explained everything clearly.

The experience was epic!! The tech, Ed, was very knowledgeable and professional. Initially, there was an issue getting my newly installed system to sync (door wouldn't respond to the opener). With my assistance, Ed went through my entire house trying to locate signal distraction that wouldn't allow for the opener to sync with the device. He finally discover the shortage was in a fuse (simply amazing). The system works beautifully with very little noise. My wife and I were truly, truly impressed. I would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone who wants quality service when seeking repairs for their garage door. By the way, I don't typically write reviews. However what I experience, had to be shared!!!!

Back from vacation and our garage door opener quit. Called at 3:50 and by 4:30 Marcus was in the driveway. He had a Liftmaster 8360 in the truck and I said "put 'er in". (The old one is 19 years old). Marcus was great, explaining everything as he worked. I was so impressed I'm replacing the other opener next month! THANKS, MARCUS!
