Great Job by Vince Patterson. When we arrived we discussed the issue with garage door opener Only 1 of the 2 was bad but both were over 16 years and we decided to replace both of them. He checked out springs, cables and doors. Installed new openers which he had on his truck. He explained the operation of the new doors and their warranties and programmed remotes so each would open either door. Good Job.

Derek was the best. Called before showing up and was on time. He let me know the price before work was done. Replaced springs and bearings for the rod. Also replaced rollers for a more quiet operation. Thanks Derek for a quick repair. You were very knowledgeable and a very nice person.

Precision and Derek were awesome! The website made it very easy to book online and had many times available. My apt time was between 2-6. I received a call from Derek around 1:50 and he said he was 20 minutes away. Discussed what the issue was and the costs and our door was fixed within the hour. Ryan Hudson contacted me with an arrival time and was here when he said he would be. He was very friendly, professional, skilled and absolutely perfect. I was walked through everything before the work was started and he answered every question I had. I cannot give him enough credit for the job he completed. Everything was performed correctly and in very reasonable time! The company answered my chat on Thursday evening and had a technician at my house at 8:30 am Friday morning. Mr. Huggins did a superb job fixing my garage door. The right side of my garage door came off the rail. He installed two torsion spring to support the weight of the garage door. He replaced the torsion cable and the rollers. He programmed and put in a new keypad. Opening and closing my garage door is a lot quieter. Highly recommend this company.
