We previously used Precision when our daughters garage door broke. They did an excellent job. When our door broke we automatically called Precision. Jeremy was very courteous and replaced the springs. He even called to see if we were available early. Great experience.

I could not be happier with my choice to go with Precision Door!!! My husband wanted to go with Over Head Door only because that is who we had before. He is also very happy with our choice. The sales rep: Orion was great, on time and professional. The sales staff following up with calls to let me know the order status and scheduling was great and the installer who came out was great!!! Jeremy arrived early and Very professional. Purchased 2 new garage doors with new Tracks a little more than 4 years ago. Was not happy Original Factory spring broke in a little more than 4 years, and warranty is 3 years. But Technician was prompt, very knowledgeable and professional.

I called Precision Door Service. Michael Powell arrived at my house at 10 am. He spend five to ten minutes doing an analysis and coming up with a plan. He put together a plan for repairing the garage door. He replaced the torsion springs and some rollers and other parts. He finished in less than 1 1/2 hours. He was prompt and courteous.

Coil spring broke yesterday morning on our 6-yr-old garage door and both our vehicles were suddenly trapped in the garage...we needed assistance ASAP! Checked with TrustDale online and Precision was on the first page as top-rated. The first-listed company couldn't come out until 3-4pm. Precision promised arrival between 8-Noon. They pulled up at 9:15am and we couldn't have been happier! The repair techs were Michael Powell and Dustin Ridge. After they performed a multi-point inspection of all door parts, we opted to have them all replaced/upgraded as the old ones had reached nearly 15,000 ups/downs in just 6 yrs of operation--WOW! Amazingly, they were completely finished in under one hour and even advised of a logic board issue in the Liftmaster motor box discovered during their post-repair inspection. On their recommendation that I could handle this repair myself (saving me money), I just completed a call with Liftmaster/Chamberlain and ordered the board replacement online. Had Dustin and Michael not made the discovery, it would have failed at some point and it would have become another major issue. As it was, all is still working fine and I will be able to install the new logic board myself when it arrives in a few days. We could not have been more pleased with Precision and techs Michael and Dustin. Professional all the way and the cost was reasonable. We highly recommend them!
