I was dreading having to have a company come out to fix our garage door . My in-laws had theirs serviced recently by another company and it was extremely expensive. I was not going to call the same company. I looked online and talked to people and found Percision. They came out the very next day and had a small window of time that I would have to wait for them. I did not have to sit around and wait all day wondering when they were coming. Then Nick the technician called when he was 30 minutes away . He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company and Nick . Thank you !

I was very pleased with how quick Precision answered my requests and send Travis out the very same day. He was running late unexpectedly but called and informed me. He then came out as soon as possible and worked late into the evening to insure that my doors were repaired that day. He was very kind, knowledgeable, let me know what he did and did not advise I do. He also gave me great advise on how to maintain my doors and openers. I will highly reccomend Precision to any of my friends and family.

Travis came out to replace a broken cable. He found that problem as well as broken spring,door out of alignment,safety set screws were to far of the suggested settings which would not let the door stop when hitting an object.I called for the repair at 1P.M. and was surprised to get an appointment the same day.Travis arrived shortly before 3P.M.He knew what the problems were ,fixed them and was on his way by 5 P.M. It was very good fast service with a 5year warranty

I found your add in "TheHomeMag". I was most impressed with James. He got here at noon and he told me he was a new technician and that he would do it right but it might take him a while. He worked until after 9PM! He was working in the dark, he never took a break to my knowledge and did a great job. He was very polite and demonstrated a commitment to excellence very rareley seen these days. He is a keeper for your company and please let him know how pleased we were with his efforts and our new gagage doors.
