We decided to replace our garage doors and openers this year. After quoting several different companies, we chose Precision Garage Doors who came highly recommended from a neighbor who had used them two years ago. We were totally impressed by the entire process from the beginning to end. Brandon, who came out and gave us our quote, was very knowledgeable and helpful. When the doors and garage door openers were installed, Brian was excellent. Although there was a small issue, it was quickly resolved by Rick in the most satisfactory way. During the process, there were text updates and notifications when they were on their way. It has been years since we have worked with a company that is so professional and customer service focused. We couldn't be happier with everything. We highly recommend Precision Garage Doors!

We used Precision Door Service a few years ago to conduct a regular maintenance on our 2 garage doors. They were very professional and good to work with. More importantly, I did feel they tried to up-sell me on anything. This year I decided to do the maintenance again as I like to keep our equipment regularly maintained versus waiting for a breakdown strategy. I checked around to compare service and competitive prices. Precision was slightly higher is service cost per garage door but my experience with them before persuaded me to use them again. I also had some programming issues on my remotes etc. Precision came out the next day and I worked with Dustin B. as our technician. He was a pleasure to work with and was very professional. He resolved all our problems and at the price that was quoted when I called in. I will certainly use them on my next maintenance or any future garage door issues.

Pros : I called them at 3pm, they arrived at 4.30 pm Cons I was told that the cost would be $140 - $360, but when they came, they gave me a quote of $1500. They said that they couldn't replace my garage spring, but I had to go with their material, model etc.. (the spring for my garage door is $125 in Ebay)

I called late yesterday afternoon to get a quote for a garage door opener. I got an appointment for today between 4:00 and 6:00, but David called and was able to come earlier at 3:00 which work out great. What is it? I can’t see it. Leave it for you. He quickly gave me choices of garage door openers and I made an selection and he was able to get it installed, completed the cars programmed, and added a new keypad for entry in a little over an hour. he also helped me set up the iPhone app to remotely open and close the garage door I would highly recommend Precision to anyone and David did an excellent job!

Jacob Mikelson assessed quickly and recomended 3 best solution option. Needed a new Liftmaster belt drive opener. He and his assisted had the part. It was an upgrade to my old opener and had additional camera and wifi features. Once installed , in about an hour, the opener was smooth and more balanced than before. Jacob verified the new Liftmaster would work with the existing door to ensure the approximately 15 year warranty I greatly appreciated the professionalism, efficiency, and explanation of my new device and its operation. I highly recommend Precision for garage door installs and maintenance.

Our next door neighbor bought her new garage door from Precision so I gave them a call too along with another garage door company. Precision had availability the same day I called and came by to give me a quote. The quote was very reasonable so I committed on the spot. I was given a 2 to 3 week lead time. Since we're looking to sell our home and our contractors were ahead of schedule, I reached out via email to see if we could get the door any sooner, even if we had to pay an expedite fee. Julia S. was very unhelpful via email simply saying no 3 times, that they could not expedite or do anything. She didn't even try or look into it. I later called the main line a couple of times and eventually sales manager Chris C. got back to me and found an in stock door with different window inserts that could actually be installed the next week. He was super helpful and really went above and beyond. Thanks Chris!

Aaron was fantastic! He did really great work in replacing our belt drive motor. He also did some work to our door--opening and closing the garage is so much quieter now. I came back to Precision based on previous great work and I'm glad I came back again.

The technician arrived within an hour of my initial call for service to replace the broken torsion springs on my garage door. Unbelievable response time. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous and took the time to answer all my questions and even gave me a demonstration of a different, quieter opener. No complaints about the service. My only complaint is that I thought the price was too high but I needed it fixed and the technician knew what he was doing.
