I purchased two new Linear openers installed in mid-Dec by Mark Mosely. He did a great job, quick, and professional. I was very satisfied with the openers performance but after 3 weeks one of the openers quit responding to input from remotes. Even the manual wall mounted button was sporadic. I called and Precision sent a technician out the next day. Sean arrived exactly on time, and after some basic troubleshooting, decided to replace the entire motor unit under warranty. Again, great job, quick and professional. Although the failure of the initial opener was a disappointment, the service provided by the technicians exceeded my expectations. It is very appreciated.

Representative was courteous, informative and professional. On 12/23, the Installation Tech called to give me updates during the day to advise of delays on earlier installs to apologize and assure me that although he would be late, he most definitely would get the job done and although he didn't arrive until after 5:30PM, he did exactly what he said he would with a friendly, energetic, professional attitude. Overall, my experience was very positive.

Let me start of by saying from the sales person (I do not recall his name) that came out to my home on a rainy Sunday to the installer, Eric, everything was very professional!!!! The sales person explained my different options before the sale and Eric explained everything after the install. There was never a rush to make the sale or a rush to leave after the install. I called @ 10:15am and by 1:00pm, I had a technician in my driveway. Justin was fantastic and educated me as he diagnosed my problem. He had all the tools in his truck and the entire repair was no longer than 45 minutes. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and an utmost professional. I am very hard to please and he effortlessly did so.

We are so pleased with our new garage door from Precision Garage Doors. From start to finish the service was fantastic, the door was reasonably priced and very beautiful. They even called the day before to say that they were out of the door I ordered and could they upgrade my door so they would not have to reschedule the installation. Well YEA! The installer, Eric, was wonderful, was on time, and installed the door and even swept up afterwards. If you are considering a new door, definitely choose these guys. They definitely are 5 star from start to finish. I don't think you will be disappointed.
