Your representative came and quickly got our garage door repaired. He called 30 minutes before, while on the way. When he got here he quickly recognized that the problem was that one of the two bolts in the lift assembly had fallen off. It probably had rolled under the car, which is usually parked in the garage. We had moved the car out before he arrived and he saw it on the floor. He put it back on and now the unit works the way it is supposed to. I was SO embarrassed while I apologized for him having to come all the way from Atlanta to reattach a bolt which I had not noticed. But he kept his cool and was masterful in calming me down. Thanks so much for having people like him working for you.

I like Precisions website with all the information including the employee bio, the list of garage door manufacturers Precision sells, the helpful videos and of course the $200 coupon helped. From the initial estimate, ordering, schedule install & finally the installation went very smooth. Jeff the technician who installed the garage door was very professional & an asset to Precision. He explained everything at the end. He was very organized all the way to the clean up & how to lubricate the areas of the door. Jason came out to give me an estimate & answered all my questions. I did not hesitate to call him back with more questions. He was very detailed on the estimates so I could decide which door to purchase. I will recommend Precision to our friends.
