My technician, Jeremy was absolutely AMAZING!! I could not have asked for a better experience. As a first-time home buyer of a new construction, I was extremely apprehensive about hiring companies to do work at my home because I didn't want to be taken advantage of financially. Jeremy eased those concerns almost immediately. He demonstrated integrity and was forthcoming. He aswered all of my questions thoroughly and ensured I recieved the highest quality products at the rate we discussed, additionally, he apllied the discounts to my purchase that I qualified for. Thanks so much to Precision for fixing my garage door. I called them as a 2nd opinion because the guys at Overhead Door Atlanta stated I needed to replace my whole garage door due to the fact that it was a 3 panel garage door. The other guys wanted me to replace the whole thing to a 4 door garage panel door. Keep in mind my home is a brand new construction townhome and none of my neighbors had this issue with the same 3 panel garage. Glad I called Precision. They just needed to replace the spring and hinges and saved me so much money. Very honest people not looking to up sell me!

It is hard to accept that within 3 years we would have to spend $2000 across 3 separate “major” repair visits. Considering the original equipment was 12 years old it was time to replace the system ... springs and opener. But the one bit of advice I offer and recommend is that when you customer has an above average, “oversized”, heavy door — counsel that customer that they need a tune up every 1-2 years due to the size and weight of the door. Because after spending $1700 for equipment and labor ... finding out you need a tuneup just 15 months later is a REALLY hard pill to swallow. The service is good and professional. But still a tough thing to handle.
