Jonathan was very thorough in assessing the necessary repairs needed and explained reasoning. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Jeremiah came out today for a problem on one of our garage doors. This is the 3rd time we have used Precision. They are responsive, professional, communicate on their arrival time and they know what they are doing. Jeremiah was very experienced and gave me several helpful hints as well and was very through in solving the problem. I hope I do not have another problem but if I do I will certain call Precision again.

We experienced great service from a well-trained technician. He assessed the problem, found that the solution was covered under the warranty for work the company had done earlier this year, and fixed it promptly. Now the door works great and we will be ongoing customers!

Precision came out right away, and went over all the features with me; those that needed attention and those that did not. Jonathan, the technician, was very thorough and explained the different options I had available in repairing my broken spring. After he repaired my one garage door, I asked him to look at my other garage door as I was also experiencing some problems with it closing properly. He found the problem and repaired that as well. I am very satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Pricey but feel like it was competitive. It has been 13 years since I had to have a new opener and spring. Service was excellent. The installer was extremely knowledgeable. The job was done in a matter of hours. Completely satisfied and will recommend and use again.

We called Precision to fix our garage door and were delighted from the initial contact by phone all the way through the process. Shawn called on his way, arrived on time, and was extremely professional. He did a diagnostic on the door and then thoroughly explained 4 different options to correct our problems. He worked quickly and resolved all of our issues, then walked us through what he had done and made certain we were totally satisfied prior to leaving. We will be calling Precision again! Excellent service!!!!

My technician Michael Powell was very courteous and professional he called thirty minutes prior to his arrival as the dispatch person said that he would, I had a slight problem with my garage opener falling away from my home's ceiling from years of wear/tear; Michael assessed the problem fixed it in less than ten minutes and made recommendations for what may need to be done in the future. We will use Precision Doors again and I hope Michael is our technician. I will refer you guys to family and friends.

Great fast service with a smile, We called and PDS was able to get someone over the same day. The tech showed up at the beginning of the agreed 4 hour time slot, not late or right at the end as often happens. The work was done in a couple of hours, after diagnosis and estimate. The estimate was exactly what we paid. If the other unit goes wrong in the future, we will call PSD again.

Precision has replaced 3 garage door openers for me at different times. Each time they have been able to schedule the work very quickly, the same or next day.
