I have used Precision on two different occasions - One shortly after we moved in for regular maintenance and recently for a misbehaving door. As it turned out the spring was broken. Travis diagnosed it on the phone and was able to fix it the same day. He also advised me the lower rail of our second door was cracking which would result in replacing the whole panel. He installed a brace which will prevent further damage. Travis was thorough, courteous and cleaned up after the job was complete.

I had an old spring that broke replaced, as well as the rollers and center bearing plate. Davin was the technician who provided the service. I was impressed with his knowledge regarding the service, as well as his professionalism. While this is the first time I've had to have any garage door service, I am very pleased with both the cost and quality of service. I will certainly use Precision of Atlanta in the future and would be happy to recommend to anyone in need of this type of service.
