I had some difficulty getting my garage door to close all the way. Travis came out to fix it and discovered the problem could be fixed with simple maintenance procedures. Travis is such a knowledgeable and upbeat person. He is a pleasure to work with and always on time. I wish the rest of the world worked as efficiently and pleasantly as he does! Great job

Company tech Cody showed up within the two-hour service window, quickly diagnosed the problems, presented written quotes for the alternative fixes he proposed, and accomplished the work on same visit. No surprises, and door seems to work very well now. I did not get quotes from other providers so I can't say I compared cost, but I think what I was charged was reasonable. One caveat: Cody's singing is not ready for prime time!
